Refund & Warranty Policy
We want every Avari experience to feel effortless. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help.
1. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests received after this period aren’t eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are approved under the following circumstances:
a. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@avari.au.
Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue so our team can help quickly.
b. Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of used breast pumps or accessories unless they’re faulty.
3. Return Process

Contact us: Email returns@avari.au to request a Return Authorisation (RMA).

Approval: Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Return window: Please return your item within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection: We’ll inspect all returned items upon arrival.
If an item is missing parts, has damaged packaging, or isn’t in its original condition, we may deduct an amount that reflects its reduced value or return it to you. -
Refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping

Faulty or Damaged Items: Avari covers return shipping.

Change of Mind: Customers cover return shipping.
Avari isn’t responsible for loss or damage during return transit, so please keep your postage receipt and tracking details.
5. Restocking Fee
A 10 % restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to cover inspection and handling.
No fee applies to returns due to damage or fault.
6. Warranty
All Avari products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Exclusions
This warranty doesn’t cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., valves, membranes, flanges, silicone parts)

Cosmetic damage or surface scratches

Accidental damage or misuse

Repairs or modifications not authorised by Avari

Products purchased through unofficial channels

Second-hand, complimentary, or out-of-warranty items
7. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact returns@avari.au with:

Your proof of purchase

Clear photos showing the issue

A short description of the problem
If the claim is valid, we’ll repair or replace the product free of charge.
Refunds are only offered where a repair or replacement isn’t possible.
We may ask you to provide additional evidence at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Avari isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, even if a defect is covered under warranty.
We’ll always provide a fair and reasonable remedy in line with Australian consumer standards.
9. Policy Updates
Avari may update this policy at any time.
The latest version will always be available at avari.au.
Your continued use of Avari products or services means you accept the most current version.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Australia.
