Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Avari ships within Australia only.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 11am (AEST) will typically be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If your order has an error, such as receiving the incorrect product or missing items, please contact our customer care team immediately. For a prompt resolution, include your order details and a photo or video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll swiftly dispatch the correct items and provide instructions for returning any incorrect products. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

How do I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible via email with your order details. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for next steps.

What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How do I clean my Avari Neo™ pump parts?

Wash all pump parts in warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly. Allow them to fully air dry on a clean towel. Do not pat dry. Avoid dishwashers and microwaves to prevent damage.

Can I sterilise the parts using a microwave?

No, avoid microwave sterilisation. Sterilise parts daily by boiling in water for 5 minutes.

Can I use UV sterilisers for my Avari Neo™ parts?

Yes, UV sterilisation is safe but may cause slight discoloration over time. Follow your steriliser’s instructions carefully.

Do I need to replace any parts regularly?

Yes, valves every 1-3 months, diaphragms every 3-6 months, and collection containers every 6 months, depending on usage and wear.

How do I determine the correct flange size?

Measure your nipple diameter and add 2-3 mm for comfort. Avari Neo™ includes multiple flange insert sizes (17, 19, 21mm) and a standard 24mm shield.Refer to our Flange Size Guide for more information.

How much milk can each collection cup hold?

Each Avari Neo™ collection container holds approximately 180ml of breast milk.

What is the suction strength of the Avari Neo™ pump?

The pump offers adjustable suction levels across four (4) modes, with maximum vacuum strength of approximately 300 mmHg.

What pumping modes does the Avari Neo™ have?

Massage Mode: Light, fast cycles designed to ease you into your pumping session.Expression Mode: Slower, deeper suction for comfortable and steady milk expression. Rhythm Mode: A varied suction pattern inspired by cluster feeding behaviour.Auto-flow Mode: Alternates between massage and expression patterns for a seamless pumping experience.

Can I pump in any position?

Pump in an upright seated position for the most comfortable and effective pumping session.

How do I charge my Avari Neo™ breast pump?

Use the included USB-C cable to charge fully in approximately 2 hours. For safety reasons, the pump cannot be used while charging.

How long does a full battery last?

Up to 90 minutes per full charge, enough for multiple pumping sessions.

Is the pump safe with implanted medical devices?

If you have an implanted medical device, consult your healthcare provider before use to avoid interference risks.

How should I store breast milk safely?

Store freshly pumped milk in sterilised bottles or bags immediately. Refrigerate for up to 48 hours, freeze for up to 6 months. Thawed milk should be used within 24 hours and never refrozen.

What warranty does Avari provide?

Your Avari Neo™ breast pump includes a 1-year warranty on the pump motor, and 90 days on pump parts.

Is the Avari Neo™ eligible for insurance?

Our locally owned and operated Australian company ensures compliance with all prerequisites essential for claiming our wearable breast pumps through eligible health insurance policies.

How will I receive the Gift Card?

All Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. No physical card will be sent.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Can I use multiple Gift Cards in one order?

Yes, you can redeem up to 5 Gift Cards per order, with a maximum combined value of $500.

Can a Gift Card be used more than once?

Yes. If you don’t use the full balance in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Card for future purchases until the expiry date.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or unauthorised Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Can I use a Gift Card to buy another Gift Card?

No, Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Can I get a refund on a Gift Card?

No. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

When will my pre-order ship?
