Shipping Information

We currently ship to Australia only.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all domestic orders over $50. 
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless, with reliable shipping and tracking on all orders. All orders are shipped with tracked postage, and you can choose to add Signature on Delivery at checkout for extra security.

Please note that Avari isn’t responsible for parcels that Australia Post leaves in a nominated safe place.

If you prefer to have your order signed for upon delivery, simply select the Signature on Delivery option at checkout. This service incurs a small additional cost of $2.95.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 11 AM AEST will be shipped the following business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Unexpected Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order (including pre-orders) before the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, with a $10 processing fee applicable and another 10% fee if you used BNPL services (Afterpay). Once the parcel has been shipped, you will need to bear the associated costs, which include return shipping and the processing fee.
