Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so we’ve made it simple to manage your order or pre-order before it ships.

Pre-orders & Standard Orders

You may cancel your order (including pre-orders) before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

A $10 processing fee applies to all cancellations, plus an additional 10% fee if your order was paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later provider (such as Afterpay).

Once your parcel has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you still wish to return your order after it has been dispatched, it will be processed under our Refund & Returns Policy — and you’ll be responsible for any applicable return shipping and processing fees.

Subscriptions

If you’ve subscribed to receive repeat deliveries, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
Simply log in to your account or use the link in your confirmation email to manage your subscription settings.

Try Before You Buy

For Try Before You Buy purchases, your payment method is authorised — not charged — when you place the order.
You’ll have the specified trial period to decide whether to keep or return your item.
If you decide not to keep it, please return it within the trial window following our returns instructions to avoid being charged.
