Available in 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm and 21mm. Compatible with the Avari Neo Glow™ (24mm breast shields) and most standard 24mm wearable pumps. BPA-free, food-grade silicone. Replace every 4–6 weeks for best results.

Select the insert size that matches your nipple measurement (use our Fit Finder to get your perfect fit).
Place the insert inside the breast shield, ensuring it sits securely.
Begin pumping as usual, adjusting suction settings for comfort.
Clean and dry thoroughly after each use.

Before first use, sterilise the insert by placing it in boiling water for 5 minutes—ensure it’s fully submerged.

After each use:

Wash in warm soapy water
Rinse with clean water
Air dry completely

Avoid using dishwashers or steam sterilisers, as these can degrade the silicone and shorten its lifespan. We recommend replacing your flange inserts every 1–3 months, depending on use.
